We count only the party sizes we check here, which follow what our members ask for (these were for parties of 2): openings for other party sizes go uncounted, and so may some at times far from the hours members follow. Check that your booking is for the Chef’s Counter if that is what you want. A bar tasting is not an interchangeable seat at the downstairs counter.
Include the published seating you can attend in your alert time range. A narrow range between seatings can exclude the experience you want.
