William Joo's tiny Pico-Robertson pizzeria turning out some of America's most acclaimed Neapolitan-Tokyo-style pies — a handful of tables and a nightly sellout
Our records show new dates at Pizzeria Sei on SevenRooms around 12:00 PM PT (3:00 PM ET), 7 days before the reservation date — observed by our monitors, not confirmed by the restaurant. Our monitors captured fresh inventory on 24 release days in the last 90 days, most recently on Oct 21.
Openings can appear outside the usual release window. Alerts depend on matching availability; a booking is not guaranteed.
Counts as of Oct 22, 2:40 PM EDT. New openings only: each table counts once, the first time our monitors saw it, and tables that were already bookable when we started watching a date, a party size, a time of day or the restaurant are left out. We count only the party sizes we check here, which follow what our members ask for (these were for parties of 2 and 4): openings for other party sizes go uncounted, and so may some at times far from the hours members follow. “Typically gone within”: at least half of these tables were gone by our next check within that time; a table still open or that came back counts as never gone. These are not completed bookings; alerts depend on your preferences and a booking is not guaranteed. How we collect this data.
William Joo's tiny Pico-Robertson pizzeria turning out some of America's most acclaimed Neapolitan-Tokyo-style pies — a handful of tables and a nightly sellout. Check SevenRooms for the restaurant’s current booking window. Cancellations can create another opportunity to book. We monitor for these openings, but cannot guarantee one will appear.
Use SevenRooms and the restaurant’s official site to confirm the release window, seating options and cancellation terms. Monitoring observations are not official policy.
Include additional dates or times only if you can attend them. A narrow time window or party size can exclude openings seen elsewhere on this page.
Compare nearby restaurants below. Quiet activity does not mean the monitor is broken, and frequent observed openings do not guarantee one that matches your plans.

Book on SevenRooms: choose your date and party size and complete the booking there. ReservationFinder alerts you to matching openings; it does not reserve or hold a table.
Follow Pizzeria Sei and choose the dates, times and party size you can make. We check SevenRooms for openings that match and send you an alert with a booking link. We caught 82 new openings in the last 30 days, for the party sizes we check here. Past openings do not predict your wait: a matching opening may never appear, and an alert does not hold the table.
Check that your follow is active, your notification channels are enabled, and your date, time and party-size preferences match what you can attend. Recent openings may fall outside those preferences. Compare the last check and observed activity above, and contact support if monitoring appears stale.
