Find your restaurant’s release time, see how quickly ReservationFinder has captured its openings, and set up alerts for your dates. The table combines restaurant booking policies with our own monitoring records, including the fastest recorded captures and the release days behind them.
For example, Torrisi publishes a 30-day window but does not give a daily release hour on its site. Double Chicken Please publishes a six-day, midnight release for The Coop. Follow the source linked in each guide and confirm the current calendar before setting an alarm.

Times below are Eastern Time. We show an observed time only once our monitoring has confirmed it. “Not established” means we have not confirmed one; it does not mean the restaurant has no release schedule.

Strategy by release time
Use the schedule above to plan around the restaurant you want. Times are Eastern Time; confirm the current rule on the restaurant’s official page before setting an alarm.
Midnight releases
Confirm which calendar date is opening. Sign into your account before midnight, select the correct party size and have a payment method ready if required. Do not assume every restaurant releases at midnight.
Morning releases
Prepare before the listed hour. If two restaurants release at the same time, decide which you want to try first and keep an acceptable backup date ready.
Late-morning and noon releases
Keep the booking page ready and check the selected experience, seating and cancellation terms before confirming. A listed opening is not a completed booking.
When you miss the release
Set a ReservationFinder alert for the restaurant and dates you want. We keep checking for later openings and send a direct booking link when a match appears. In our own comparisons, our alerts have arrived before native platform notifications; timing varies by restaurant and opening.
Check recent activity in the venue guide and keep another restaurant or date in mind if openings are rare. A capture record does not establish how many diners successfully booked.

How to read the evidence
Official rules come from the restaurant sources linked above. Capture figures come from our release-event records in the last 90 days. We use records matching the currently configured release hour and booking horizon, with an opening captured from zero to five minutes after that scheduled time. Dates and sample counts appear with each figure; earlier captures and records from different schedules are excluded.
A restaurant that releases a month at a time shows an hour only when our monitors first saw the following month’s tables within 20 minutes after that hour on its release day, at two or more of its last three releases, and never earlier. The hour is stated, not the minute or second of a sighting.
“Fastest capture” is the best recorded detection time after the scheduled release. It is not an average or an email/SMS delivery measurement. Sample counts describe release days with qualifying captures, not every release attempt. A detected slot still needs to be booked on Resy.
